To All:
  On behalf of the staff we wish to thank you for your interest in helping support CAP in the 2008 QuickChek Festival of Ballooning.  We are looking forward to a fun-filled event and truly appreciate your attendance as part of our team.

1- All attendees MUST fill out an online registration linked here or at the top of the page.  You may upload you CAP Forms directly onto the registration.  This will make the sign-in process go much faster on the day of the event. 

2- During the registration process you will be asked your arrival and departure times.  It is extremely important that we keep accountability.  It is imperative that all CAP personnel are at the festival during the times they have committed to.  If you will not be spending the night but will attend multiple days, make sure that you fill out the registration form appropriately.

3- The packing list is provided in a link at the top of the page.  Blues are NOT NEEDED and BDU's are REQUIRED.  If there are any issues, please contact me.

4- We will be bivouacking so remember to bring any extra gear that you might need.  Remember that you are responsible for your own tent, bedding, canteens, etc.

5- Clean drinking water will be provided all weekend by the festival organizers.  Staff will be ensuring that cadets are adequately hydrated.  Please make sure that you bring canteens, Camelbak's, etc to keep water with you at all times.  You may bring Gatorade, Poweraid, etc, but soda will not be allowed.

6-  Meals will be served:

Fri-Dinner
Sat-Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Sun-Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

The menu has not been finalized.

7- Snacks will be provided to you during the festival.  You may bring any extra snack for yourself as long as they are not candy.  Granola and Powerbars are good snacks whereas Twix and Snickers are not.
